  • What hours do you operate?
    Whilst we operate standard business hours, we do understand this doesn't suit everybody. When meeting clients, we are as flexible as possible to meet their needs, including pre arranged, out of business hours appointments.
  • Where is your office?
    Unlike standard law firms, we operate remotely. Whilst we do offer the ability to meet at a convenient location locally, our meetings are typically held via video conference. There is no need to leave the comfort of your home, we bring the lawyers to you.
  • How do I book a chat with you?
    We offer a free initial consultation to get a better understanding of how we can help you. Open up our booking page, select a date and time that suits you, and a member of our team will be in touch. Alternatively, fill in the contact form below.
  • Do you offer legal aid?
    We do not offer legal aid.
  • Why should I use Branston Legal Services?
    At Branston's, we put the needs of our clients first. Our meetings are held via video conference, because of this we are able to assist you without you leaving the comfort of your own home. For select products, we offer an in house service at a highly competitive price. For more complex cases, we have a team of specialised Solicitors and Barristers to give full representation.
  • How much will my case cost?
    This depends entirely on the complexities of your case. We offer in house services for a set fee. However, some cases need to be handed over to our Solicitor associates. Book a free consultation to discuss this further.
  • Can you represent me?
    If your case is passed on to our solicitor associates, they can represent you. Whilst our in house department contain vast knowledge, we are unable to represent you in a court of law. What we can do is; Fill in all necessary documentation and forms. Give you our guidance and support. Provide a personalised, bespoke and innovative service.
